Hiring an employee is not always a good solution, especially if you need someone who can be flexible with their time and you are trying to keep your expenses down. With ABT Assistant Services, you are using a contractor not hiring an employee, so you do not have the added expenses or regulations that go along with hiring an employee and there are no outrageous Temp fees.
We provide ABT Assistant Services at reasonable rates with a two-hour minimum. Consulting rates are determined on a per-project base, meaning the rates will vary depending on the hours and services requested.
Applied Business Technologies, Inc. does not charge new customer setup fees and only bills for the products, services and time requested. Any purchases of third-party products or services made on the behalf of our customers will be billed accordingly.
ABT does invoice for our services weekly. However, businesses that would like to schedule time blocks of 8 hours or more per week, for two or more weeks per month will be invoiced on the 1st and 16th of the month. Payment for all invoices are due upon receipt. Time must be scheduled in advance to assure availability for the hours you request.
All Invoices must be paid in full in order for work to continue. Invoices will be sent via e-mail or by postal mail. Once you have received your invoice, please make your payment online through Pay Pal or make checks payable to Applied Business Technologies, Inc and mail to: 2111 E.
